Pricing
Our rates range from $50 to $80 per hour, depending on the scope and complexity of the project and the level of labor involved.
Simple repairs and maintenance typically fall on the lower end of that range, while more specialized work may be priced higher to reflect the time, tools, and expertise required.

Meet The Owner
My name is Augustus Rivoire,
I was born and raised here in Madison and graduated from East High School in 2021. After graduation, I started my career as a maintenance technician for one of the largest providers of single-family home rentals in the county. I spent three years in that role, learning as much as I could about property maintenance, building codes, accessibility modifications, safety standards, and day-to-day tenant needs. That hands-on experience prepared me for the wide range of repairs and improvements homeowners require.
​In early 2025, I launched my own handyman and property maintenance company, proudly serving Dane County with a focus on the Madison metro area. I bring the same professionalism and care to every job, whether it’s a small fix, a room upgrade, or ongoing property support.

My favorite part of the job is solving problems. I love walking into a home where something isn’t right and leaving it working like it should. Repairing things gives me a sense of purpose. I enjoy helping people feel more comfortable and confident in their space and take pride in doing work that’s dependable, clean, and built to last.
