About Early August Services
My name is Augustus Rivoire,
I was born and raised in Madison and graduated from East High School in 2021. After graduation, I spent three years as a maintenance technician for one of the area's largest single-family home rental providers, gaining hands-on experience in home repair, property maintenance, building codes, and day to day residential maintenance.
In 2025, I founded Early August Services to provide homeowners and property managers throughout Dane County with dependable home repair, maintenance, and improvement services. My goal is simple: deliver quality workmanship, honest communication, and reliable service on every project.
I take pride in solving problems and helping people keep their homes safe, functional, and well cared for. Whether it's a small repair or a larger improvement, I treat every home with the same care and attention to detail I'd expect in my own.
